Introduction to Forrest Yoga
5 Week Course starting Mon 9 April at 6pm

Suitable for complete beginners an Intro to Forrest Yoga course will introduce you to the basic principles of Forrest Yoga. You will learn to breathe deeply, build strength and flexibility and gain tools to support you in your life.

£50 for 5 Week Course
10% discount available on request for full time students/OAPs and unemployed.


Intro to Forrest Yoga:
Mondays 6pm with Jane 9 April - 7 May
Tuesdays 7.30pm with Janet 3 April - 8 May

Intro to Forrest Yoga is suitable for new beginners and those with experience in any discipline of yoga keen to learn about Forrest Yoga.

Next Step:
Mondays 7.30pm with Jane 2 April - 5 May

Next Step build on the foundations of the Intro course, adding a little more challenge, also suitable for beginners and those with some experience in any discipline of yoga.
