This informative and experiential workshop will explore the causes and contributors to chronic pain, and introduce a variety of yogic techniques that we can use to quiet our awareness of long standing pain, decrease our suffering from physical pain, and find greater ease in our day-to-day lives.

Yogic techniques explored will include breath techniques, gentle yoga postures, somatics (Gentle mind-body movement sequences), meditation, and guided imagery and relaxation. Modifications will be offered As appropriate to support your comfort, learning, and self-care.
