In this class, we will put a vegan spin on French cooking featuring veggie bouillabaisse and a spinach/apple salad with a warm shallot vinaigrette. We will use veggies, nuts and seasonings to creatively change some basic vegan recipes. Knives, blender and food processor will be used. There will be food to take home if you do not eat it all in class.
Format: Instructor led with class participation
Recommended age: 12+ (under 16 must be accompanied by an adult with their own ticket)
