Have you wondered what to do with the thing in the middle of the fitness floor? Let us help you learn! We will teach you the intended function of each part of the Rig, and how you can make adjustments to meet your fitness needs.
You can attend one of two intro demonstrations, and then participate in a small group workout using the rig.
