Learn how to prepare an authentic Mexican meal (save the tacos for Tuesday!). We’ll start with an aperitif of Sangrita, served with Guacamole & Queso Asado. The main course will include Puerco Adobado and Mexican Rice, with Flan for dessert. Horchata will be the beverage for the evening. LeRoux’s Roxana Marrero will conduct the class.
