Our food and wine buyer, Cully Eisner-Terrill’s first job (at the age of 16) was as a sushi apprentice. While there she learned the way to make and form sushi rice and how to properly handle the fish and roe. Her signature roll, The Poison Ivy (which included tempura shrimp, tuna, avocado, dynamite sauce & masago), is still on the menu!

In this hands-on class, students will learn how to make and work with sushi rice, roll nigiri balls and make hand rolls. A Sake tasting/pairing will be included in the class. Staff member Rachel Cormier will join Cully in the kitchen.
