Instead of diving into the new fad diet, this is the time to explore the nature of your true self - your true body.
Each and every human being has a specific body constitution that is unique and different than the next. The body is made up of three fundamental energies, called "doshas" in Sanskrit, that govern our psychophysiological tendencies. Through the ancient medical science of Ayurveda, together we will discover what foods are balancing for me, for you, and for all of us.
Ayurveda, the sister science of Yoga, gives us the guidelines for how to live our lives in a state of peace and happiness, how to create joy in our lives, and how to create balance within and without our bodies. Everything we do has a specific doshic characteristic, such as the way we feed ourselves. The way we care for our bodies has the capacity to shape our mindset and energy towards the world around us.

ABOUT ADRIENNE & AMIR
Adrienne received her Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science from North Central College, completed her RYT-200 Yoga teacher training certification, and studied Ayurvedic Medicine at Mount Madonna Institute with master teachers including Dr. Vasant Lad, Dr. Suhas Kshirsagar, Dr. RH Singh, Dr. Sarita Shrestha, Steven Highburger, Dr. John Douillard, Dr. Rucha Kelkar, and Dr. Yashashree Mannur. Adrienne offers private yoga, meditation, Ayurvedic nutritional counseling, breathwork and energy healing.
Born and raised in Los Angeles, Amir developed a strong interest in serving his community and educating others on how to sustain a healthier lifestyle. Amir received a scholarship to play football, is a former professional arena football player, became a personal trainer, and completed his RYT-200 Yoga Teacher Training.
Together, Adrienne and Amir continue to share the love and knowledge passed down to them from their teachers through their classes and workshops.
