De-Clutter Your Life!
Sitting in the lounge, lying in bed, standing in the bathroom... stop and look around you. Look at the things that surround you. Perhaps open a cupboard door and peer inside. What do you see? Do you only see things that bring you joy and make you smile? Or can you almost feel all their weight on your shoulders?
In our ever-changing and fast-paced world, we are challenged to keep up with more and more information, events, friends, facebook and twitter posts, health guidelines etc... How do you take the time to breathe, to reset the mind, to gain the clarity needed to focus on the big and important projects with all the little stuff cluttering up your consciousness?
In this highly interactive course we will look at the different types of clutter (physical, mental and emotional) and how our daily lives are affected by it. We will discover how clutter affects each of us differently, and that the aim is not necessarily a minimalist haven!

Ingrid finds great joy in seeing people smile. She loves listening to their stories, discovering who they are and what they want to see change in their lives.
Ingrid has been coaching since 2013 within a corporate environment and outside, and has a Certificate in Professional Coaching Skills. She is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF).
Ingrid works with highly motivated clients who want to remove the unwanted, the unnecessary, and create space for themselves.
