PARENT AND CHILD LAUGHTER WORKSHOP
What could be more fun than spending quality time with your child laughing and playing?
Children today are not as physically active and spend a lot time on computers and phones. It is during play time with others that children develop healthy emotional intelligence and laughter yoga really promotes this.
Laughter yoga also develops their self-confidence, encourages their creative self-expression and helps them to find their own voice by reducing shyness. Laughing also builds their physical stamina and lung capacity and enhances their creativity.
For adults laughing reduces stress, anxiety, depression. Promotes feelings of wellness and joy in your body and strengthens your over-all health.
This workshop will enhance and open up the lines of communication between yourself and your child and strengthen your relationship bond. Learn how to use play and laughter to overcome normal day to day family conflicts. Have fun social interaction and engagement with your child and the group while feeling really really good!!!

Working with breath, movement and sound to release tension and stress in the body.
Fun laughter yoga exercises
Guided mediation to calm and restore mind and body
This Saturday, 7 April from 12pm-1:30pm at Life Balance Yoga, Bantry Holistic Centre, Upper Main Street, Bantry.
Adults €20, Children €10
