This class is for those new to aerial yoga. We will cover the basic wraps and postures so that you will learn how to invert, fly, and flow.
We will use the swing to keep alignment, build strength in the body and improve flexibility. Plus have lots of fun!

It is recommended that you take 3 Beginners level classes before moving to Level 2.

Pre-registration is required!
