Strengthen your core and strengthen your practice in 2018 with a 25 minute, CORE focused, 6 week series!
Strengthening core muscles can help improve your yoga practice by increasing balance, endurance and overall support for your spine. Each session will focus on learning about a different group of core muscles, identifying and experiencing how they move and support the body. Students will receive a take home of the weekly sequence to practice at home and track progress. The series also includes a Plank Challenge! Each student will identify their starting point at the first class and set goals to increase their endurance in Plank Pose over 6 weeks.
The Core Series is it's own class, however we highly recommend staying after for Gentle Yoga. Limited spots available, Register today!
