Join us on the first Wednesday of every month for an informative presentation while you enjoy a cup of tea or coffee and a tasty treat and enjoy some time to chat! Our first monthly presentation will be held on Wednesday, May 2nd and as it is to be held in Mental Health week, we will be talking about how fitness affects our mental health and some tips & tricks for boosting your mood!
