Our Feminine Bodies are cyclical- we have different “seasons” in our menstrual cycle, different seasons of the journey of Womanhood: Moonstruation, Peri-Moonpause, and Moonpause.
And as women we may be deeply affected by modern day societal stress, causing cravings, fatigue, excess weight, and hormonal imbalance.
In this workshop, we will learn the science of our fluctuating hormones, and how to eat to support our inner Divine Feminine with plant-based, blood sugar balancing-rainbow foods.
Recipes will be shared like “Rawco Tacos” with spiced walnut “meat” and “Cashew Cheeze” and a Yummy Hormone Balancing Elixir for reducing Food Cravings.
There will be PLENTY of food samples to nourish your inner goddess.
Food shouldn’t rule us… it can aid us in our Shakti Feminine, helping us embody the nourishment of Mother Earth so we can have the energy and vitality to be the pillars of our family and community, fulfill our dharmas, and bring our delicious dreams into reality.
Food can be used as a tool to reduce cravings, PMS, Menopause symptoms, as well as eliminate issues like fibroids and cysts.

Allie McFee is a Women’s Health Educator, Raw Foods Chef, and Red Tent Facilitator and owner of the hormone health cooking blog: ModernGoddessLifestyle.com. She helps women activate their inner goddess and create hormone balance through nutritious recipes, sacred self-care, and Divine Feminine activation. The recipes and practices she shares help women use their cycles of womanhood as a source of empowerment. She is exquisitely in the process of birthing a cookbook on women’s hormone health. Allie facilitates Red Tent women’s ceremonies and Intuitive Womb Clearing sessions to help women activate their womb space energy to clear out blocks from traumas, and connect with their sisterhood tribe.
