Designed for everyone of all fitness levels, this beginners' course teaches you the fundamentals of CrossFit; from our crazy language (what is a WOD?!) to our essential movements. Each class is coach-led and takes you through a warm-up, skill session, and workout.

The course is comprised of FOUR 1.5 hour session over two weeks: Tuesdays from 7PM to 8:30PM and Saturdays from 10-11:30AM. If that schedule doesn't work, we offer other options. #crossfit #healthy #owosso #fitness #yourbestself
