Join Mira and I for 4 days and 3 nights of yoga, meditation, and healthy Indian feasts in the beautiful Oxfordshire countryside.
There will be two daily yoga practices lead by me. Brunches, dinners and chai with specially curated vegetarian and plant-based menus from Mira’s best-selling book Saffron Soul. We will have opportunities for long country walks, reading by the fire, a cookery workshop with Mira and one on self-care. There will also be some chanting for rhythmic elevation as well as yoga nidra to inspire much-needed soulful sleep, along with comforting turmeric and saffron milk to end every day. Finally, we will have healthy and fun filled goodie bags with some delicious bits for you to take home.
