Gong Bath Yoga: vibration to cleanse us on the inside - emotionally, physically and physiologically.

Join us on a transformative journey of healing and deep relaxation, as we bathe every cell of the body in therapeutic sound and move our body through restorative yoga postures. You will be guided through an hour long restorative yoga practice with the gongs continuously playing and end with a half hour gong meditation. Be prepared to leave feeling tuned, refreshed and connected with your intuitive personal power.
Wear comfortable clothes and bring whatever you need to be relaxed for the meditation - yoga mat, blanket, pillow, water, eye mask, etc.
