Caring for Lincoln Park Zoo’s animals goes far beyond simply providing food, shelter and space. Zoo scientists and caregivers holistically measure each animal's health and well-being through a continuous cycle of evaluating, enhancing and reevaluating an animal's welfare. Join Lincoln Park Zoo scientists and animal care experts in exploring how they use everything from animal poop to iPads to pinatas to assess and promote positive animal welfare.

The zoo’s popular Wine & Wildlife after-hours series lets adults enjoy a glass of wine while learning about the zoo’s global conservation programs from animal care experts and research scientists.
