Join Simply Stirring on April 6th as we kick-off a new cooking and cocktail demonstration series here at Wright's Brew & Bistro. Experience the first interactive cocktail class that will demonstrate and teach how to create fresh spring cocktails sure to impress every palate.
PRICING & RESERVATIONS: The event is $25 per person and includes the cocktail demonstration class, tastings of each, recipes for everyone, and delicious artisan cheese samplings. Reservations can be purchased by calling The Resort and requesting reservations for the Simply Stirring cocktail class at 847-634-0100. Space is limited.
The five featured cocktails being demoed include:
-Pear Basil Swizzle: a vodka-based drink with house made cardamom syrup and grapefruit bitters
-Berry Mead Sangria: built with mead, Moscato and brandy
-Rosada: made with muddled basil leaves, berries and vodka
-Rosemary Gimlet: featuring gin and fresh rosemary
-Citrus Flower Sour: made with citron vodka, St. Germain, and edible flowers
Bartender Carlos Veigas will lead the demo and show guests how to make each cocktail while they sample his fresh creations and enjoy artisan cheese and crackers from the Resort’s Executive Chef Pierre Daval.
