Our beginners yoga course is a great way to explore and discover yoga in a safe way. This course is perfect for those brand new to yoga but also for students who are interested in going through the basics of yoga a bit more in depth than in a regular class.
During the 6 weeks you will learn more about the background of yoga, we will practice different breathing techniques (Pranayama) and we will guide you step-by-step through the basic yoga poses (Asanas) and transitions.
We will also explore the Sun Salutations (Surya Namaskara) and
sequencing and learn more about the body, mind and breath connection. You will experience how yoga can improve your overall wellbeing, increase your energy, strength and flexibility.
This course will give you a great foundation to begin, or improve your practice.
