Do you want to feel confident, healthy and happy this summer? Then my Total Body Tone course might be what you’re looking for!

Both men and women are welcome!

Achieving your goals will be easy over this 6 week course, with access to a weekly 30min exercise class and exclusive emails with healthy recipes and top tips.

This course will start on Tuesday 17th April 6.30-7pm in the Dance Studio of the Linskill Centre, North Shields. Once you have attended your first class you will receive an email with your first lot of recipes and top tips, for you to put into practice for the week ahead.
