My next block booking for Pilates starts on the 17th April.
Whether your new to Pilates or practice regularly this class has something for everyone as we I offer both beginner and intermediate options for all exercises.

There are so many benefits to Pilates:
- increased core strength
- toned more defined abs
- stronger arms
- reduced risk of back pain
- increased flexibility (my classes always include plenty of stretching)

A block booking for 6 weeks is £32 and means you secure your spot each week and are more motivated to attend.

I have mats to lend or you can bring your own.
