We are excited for these two collaboration beer releases and are honored and humbled to have worked with such amazing breweries for The 5th Annual Collaboration Beer Fest. Our friends Tomme Arthur of The Lost Abbey and Kyle Carbaugh of Wiley Roots Brewing Company and our own brewers Seth Townend and Mike Theiler came up with two amazing beer mocktails. Both beers will be on draft, with extremely limited supply, no to-go options.

Barking Iron:
Inspired by the Revolver cocktail. It is a 50/50 blend of our Bourbon Barrel Aged Kahlua Marianas and The Lost Abbey's Bourbon Barrel Aged Serpents Stout. We infused the blend with 5 lbs per barrel of fresh Cutie orange peel and 3.5 lbs per barrel of chestnut. 13% ABV. "Barking Iron" is a Victorian era slang term for a revolver.

Pimms Yo!:
Inpired by the Pimms Cup cocktail. It is a blend of 50% Wiley Roots Gose, 30% LMx Kolsch, 15% LMx Belgian Double IPA, and 5% Candied syrup. We infused the blend with 18lbs per barrel of skinned and sliced cucumber, 8 lbs per barrel of fresh strawberries, and doses of mint, lemon, key lime, juniper, and ginger. 5% ABV.
