Mindful Wellness is dedicated to assisting women to discover peace and balance in their lives by utilizing one's innate strengths.

Stress Reduction Course:
Week 1:
In this session, we introduce the role of thoughts and their relationship with the present moment.
Week 2:
Awareness of automatic patterns creates room to choose other behavior than the automatic behavior. Participants will experience the automatic nature of their thoughts, which in turn automatically cause emotions to emerge.
Week 3:
In this session, participants experience the judgmental nature of their mind and learn about the problematic aspects of judgments.
Week 4:
In this session, we learn about the nature of stress, how to identify our stressors and learn to cope with stress in a healthier way.
Week 5:
This session aims to clarify the essence of acceptance by learning to apply acceptance to difficult emotions and by explaining the goal of acceptance.
Week 6:
Participants will experience the pitfalls of an excessive focus on future and explore the benefits of a grateful relationship with the present moment.
Week 7:
This session, we focus on communication and what it means to be mindful in our interactions with others, whether it be family members, co-workers or neighbors.
Week 8:
In this session, participants will become acquainted with their inner critic and by increasing their awareness of the inner critic and practicing self-compassion through meditation and self-caring action, they will learn to effectively cultivate a friendly and caring relationship with the self.
