The Literature Department of the Free Library of Philadelphia in partnership with Philbrick Hall present a night with local author Brad Windhauser who will discuss his new novel The Intersection.

When a white driver critically injures a black bicyclist, the residents in a tense, gentrifying South Philadelphia neighborhood can’t decide whether to unite, hide, or explode.

Below is a brief biography of Mr. Windhauser:

Originally from Southern California, Mr. Windhauser now lives in Philadelphia. He has an MFA in Creative Writing from Queens University of Charlotte and is an Associate Professor (Teaching/Instruction) of writing at Temple University. He's the author of two Philadelphia-set novels: Regret (2007) and The Intersection (2016).
