Yin is a lovely way to deepen any practice and learn about the body's abilities and limitations. It teaches us how to listen through observation and breath. We remain on the ground for much of this practice and work into the deep fascia, joints and ligaments.
It is a practice that encourages the body to release and strengthen while much of the focus is on breath and observation. Yin is a relaxing but challenging practice, and is a fantastic compliment to other forms of exercise. Suitable for all levels.
