This workshop teaches students, with an existing yoga practice, the expressive way arm balances and inversions can root down our trust as we rise up... be prepared to learn, move, sweat and fly!
By working on the basics and refining your current inversion practice, this workshop, will help you connect to your inner strength of foundation, learn techniques to lift safely and steadily... I’m so excited to share some of my favorite inversions with you such as headstand, shoulder stand, forearm balance, and handstands. See you there... and of course, we will have a lot of fun too!
Morgan will lead through instruction, demonstration, and assistance in all inverted and arm balance pose. Peak poses that are based on several important foundations in one's practice, will be worked through the session and built through a *powerful, energizing flow.* Correct alignment of the individual body is necessary, important foundation. Students will receive knowledge on their form, usage of props, usage of breath and will feel confident to try these poses again and again.
All levels welcome, some basic knowledge of postures is recommended. Bring a mat, towel, and an open mind!
