It can be challenging to get back into exercise once you have a baby! If you want to exercise in a safe way and be able to bring your bub along and socialise with other mums then this is the class for you!

At Live Well Physio we are passionate about helping you safely exercise post baby and specifically strengthen your pelvic floor and core abdominals. Our mums and bubs classes are run by experienced physios who are also Pilates instructors. The classes target the areas that need strengthening after pregnancy and childbirth.
