Introduction Workshop to the Magic of Back bending
In our modern daily lives we tend to sink forward and down with the chest, watching screens, protecting, or even covering our feelings.
This workshop is a wonderful chance to open up again! Back-bending yoga poses are there to extend our spine and our rib cage, stimulate the heart, the lungs and our Endocrine system. They bring Joy, lightness, fearlessness and self love.
