Discover the basic tools that Yogi’s use to learn how to master the mind and live from a place of joy. During this 3 day exploration on Raja Yoga, we will move through some of the practices and philosophy of Raja Yoga (the aspect of Yoga focusing on controlling the mind and emotions) such as asana (postures), pranayama (breathing), concentration and meditation.
***Get your weekend pass that gives you access to all classes and workshops Friday - Sunday $60 or single workshops Members $20. Non-Members: $25, classes regular pricing.

Friday April 20th
5pm - 7pm: Introduction to the Yoga Sutras
Saturday April 21st
11am-1230pm: Dynamic Yoga Class* (intermediate)
1pm-3pm: The mechanics of the mind, recalibrating the mind and our relationship with the ego to attract greater happiness and ease in our lives.
Sunday April 22nd
2pm-330pm: Sacred Living - Integrating the practices of yoga in everyday life.
4pm-530pm: Open Yoga Class* (All Levels)
6pm-8pm: Satsang (Meditation, Chanting, Discourse & Soup afterwards... Satsang is free program)
