Yin Yoga for Runners (and everyone else)
90-minute post-race Yin Yoga Practice

Yin yoga is of particular benefit to runners because of its lengthening and releasing effect on the fascia. It reverses chronic tightness and muscle tension, decreases chances of injury and improves running posture.
The floor-based poses are typically held for a longer duration (2 to 5 minutes), and can sometimes feel pretty intense, but will result in greatly enhanced flexibility in the long run.
Come complement your running to restore balance, improve post-run recovery, and achieve relaxation.
