An introduction to your Chakras (energy centres)
An inspiring 2 hour workshop for anyone who wants to understand what Chakras are and gain an insight on how to work with them. No prior knowledge or skills needed. The Chakra system (which is often referred to in yoga and other Eastern practices) is an ancient way of understanding and treating our whole being including physical, mental, emotional and spiritual elements. Each of the seven main chakras (or energy centres) interact with every aspects of our being, including personality, all aspects of health, feelings, communication, behaviour and past and present experiences. Because of this, we can use the chakra system as a map for our current state of being and use different mindfulness tools to bring our own chakras into balance and harmony to promote health on all levels. The workshop will teach you about the chakras and give some useful tools on how to work with them to feel balanced and improve wellbeing (including short meditation/visualisation), includes a creative ‘colour your chakras’ exercise and chakra guide.

Price – £28 pp
Maximum of 8 people for each workshop so early booking is essential.
