Do you have trouble falling asleep or feeling rested after you sleep? In this workshop we will discuss what happens in the body when we are sleep deficient and what are the benefits of sleep. We'll look at how different ages and constitutions require different amounts of sleep and explore some essential oils and yoga techniques that elicit relaxation response, help us get to sleep and rest well. We'll evaluate your sleep position and recommend proper support for your sleep position. Then we'll end the session with an iRest® Yoga Nidra practice that will leave you feeling relaxed. Attendees will receive an iRest® Yoga Nidra recording designed for helping you fall asleep.
