Yoga for Backs is based on Critical Alignment and is an effective way of working with injury, repetitive strain, pain, or poor movement patterns in your body.
This slow-paced practice focuses on moving and stretching key areas of your body, including your spine, shoulders, and hips in order to explore posture and alignment.
We will use specially designed props and yoga-related exercises to release built-up tension in your body. Everyone welcome!
