I am excited to offer Flow Into Spring, a mini retreat on Sunday, April 8th from 10am-1pm! My hope is to make this expierence special and unqiue, while being reflective of the season.
What to expect:
Prepare to flow into spring, a slow-flow Vinyasa that is! Dedicate your morning to self-care and establish a foundation for spring renewal. Enjoy the rejuvenating benefits of a retreat at our beautiful studio in Longview Farm Park.
Come out of hibernation and prepare for Spring with this slow flow vinyasa class, including twists to tone & awaken and a flowing sequence to refresh and prepare for the shift in seasons. Spring is a wonderful time to cleanse and detoxify and a good opportunity to set new intentions for positive change in our lives.
In addition to our yoga class, prepare to delight your senses with essential oils that will compliment your yoga pracitice. Replenish and renew with guided meditation, gentle assists and a luxuriously long savasana.
Our practice will be followed by a moving meditation that will connect you to nature and tap into your inner "Flower Child." The retreat will end with a light, spring-inspired spa lunch.
