he Los Angeles City Council Planning and Land Use Committee (PLUM) will finally vote on the Short Term Rentals Ordinance this coming Tuesday, April 10, 2018, and we urge you to attend. The proposed ordinance will then move (we hope quickly) to the full City Council for a vote. Apologies for the late notice; the hearing confirmation came today!
Although the committee may take limited public testimony, it is crucially important that our voice is represented in the turnout at the hearing to let the PLUM Committee know that there is strong support to move the ordinance forward quickly with provisions that protect affordable and rent stabilized housing for long term tenants and the stability and quality of life in our communities.
Tuesday, April 10 at 2:30pm
Planning & Land Use Management Committee (PLUM)
Los Angeles City Hall, 200 North Main Street
