FAST TRACK 1.5 - Five Week Pole Series

Feeling comfortable in Pole Level 1 but not quite ready for Pole Level 2? Or maybe just feeling like you need to brush up on those basic static skills? Take your Beginner Pole expertise and get ready to LEVEL UP.

This 5 week series will teach you everything you need to know in order to progress to Level 1.5 classes.

Class will meet on Wednesdays in May from 6-7:10pm. Weeks 1-4 will progressively build on each other; week 5 (May 30th) will be GRADUATION DAY. Each class we'll review the Pole 1 requirements on Spin & Static and string them together to create combos that emphasize strength and fluidity.

After the series ends, join us for Pole Level 1.5, same day, same time!

REQUIREMENTS: Graduation from Intro to Pole, Instructor approval

Should feel comfortable with: climbing, chair spin, pole sit, checkmark/layout, cross ankle/knee release


NOTE: Paying for this series and attending does not guarantee graduation to level 1.5. You will need to master the skills sets taught in the series to graduate.
