Headstand(sirsasanas)is known as the👑 "king of all asanas.we will learn the proper technique of perfoming aheadstand in various stages.
Do you practice yoga but you don't feel comfortably going into head stand yet?This workshop for you 😊
During this workshop we will enjoy a vinyasa style flow which will warm us up to work on preparatory practices to stengthen the upper body,shoulder and core.
We will have fun learning to achive this posture.
You don't need to be able to do full headstand as all option. instruction and support with be given.
Headstand is not suitable for people with high blood pressure,glaucoma.neck or back injuries.

About the instructor:
Mona Khaled, a certified Yoga teacher who has been teaching yoga for over 6 years. Mona started her journey with one goal in mind, to make yoga accessible for practitioners of all levels, abilities, and backgrounds.
Mona’s sequences, based on Fluid Yoga and Vinyasa principles, combine strength, precision, and mindfulness, allowing students to unify body, soul, and mind. Her class is strong but balanced by a focus on deeper breathing, proper alignment, and safe transition. Expect to sweat, but not burnout, breath and focus deeply, while improving your poses.
