These are difficult times. Perhaps you’ve had your own experience with trauma in the past. No matter what your circumstance, yoga can help. Breath, gentle movement designed to empower - a class focused on recognizing painful experiences, no matter what they are, and giving you or someone you know some skills to move forward. Yoga experience is not necessary.
This yoga experience will be a safe, secure place to move through some poses that help release and heal.
Cheryl is an experienced yoga teacher with trauma-informed training and who is also a trauma-survivor.
