Learn to Fly Intro to Acroyoga - 2hr Workshop
Saturday, May 12
9:00-11:00 am
$30 per person (bring a friend or group!)

Come play with Deanna and Sandra and get your first taste of acroyoga! Acroyoga combines elements of acrobatics with elements of yoga. It's about building partnerships, sharing weight, and having fun. No experience is necessary, and you don't need a partner (we'll put you in groups). You'll learn the following:

Folded Leaf
Hippie Chick
Super Yogi

And we'll put them all together into a therapeutic flow.

If things are flowing along smoothly, you'll also learn:

Back Fly
Straddle Bat

We encourage everyone to try basing, flying and spotting (but we won't force you to do anything you don't want to do).

Come play!
