The Radiant Body is your spiritual royalty and presence. This is not a Kundalini Yoga challenge to make you look hot for the summer. It’s a Kundalini Yoga challenge to make you feel wonderful, lift you out of depression and anger, and increase your radiance and ability to attract what you need without effort. Sounds good, right?
Our Radiant Body calmly communicates who we are before any word is said. When it is strong, we are full of natural contentment and self-confidence. We project a calm presence, without the need to dominate anyone or anything. When the Radiant Body is weak, we tend to avoid conflict, feel ashamed, ineffective, and unable to overcome fear. Our energy levels fluctuate. Radiant Body mastery allows us to be brave and creative regardless of any obstacle or fear.
Join us as we support each other in completing The Radiant Body 40-Day Challenge. A daily practice is the quickest way to feel the real power of Kundalini Yoga, and a 40-day period is the minimum amount of time required to solidify a transformation. Monday-Friday, we’ll do a variety of yoga sets to strengthen our bodies in a balanced way, and we’ll practice a consistent daily meditation for the Radiant Body using the Ajai Alai mantra. On Saturdays and Sundays, you’ll practice the meditation at home.

Can’t make it in to the studio? Classes are available via livestream and video replay, so you can practice from your own home, at your own time.
