The Knife Skills with Vegetables and Proteins course will prepare the individual to handle kitchen knives safely and the ability to use proficiently with continued practice.

Hands-on learning and discussion will cover various topics with Chef David Tiner.

Classes will be held on Tuesday from 6pm - 9pm & will begin on Tuesday, April 24th and run through May 15th.
