A one hour drop in meditation class, suitable for all levels, including beginners. Practicing different styles of meditation techniques, aimed at promoting relaxation and re-energising, setting you up for the weekend ahead.
Classes are held by Catherine who is an experienced and qualified meditation teacher with the British School of Meditation
Thursday evenings at 8pm. £6 per class (or book 4 in advance for £20)
Meditations are practiced in a safe and friendly group environment, and include various styles such as:
- Relaxation Techniques
- Movement meditations
- Loving Kindness Meditation
