Join us as we introduce a Flow and Yin Yoga Wall practice to our schedule. This class will flow through a gentle practice and then examine the principles of a prop based yoga practice and will explore how to effectively make use of the yoga wall to support the body in various asanas.
Sequences are taught as a series of poses on and off the wall. This will enable the student to personally experience and understand how a prop based practice can calm, rebalance, and support the body on several levels.
Class is regular class pass, $15 drop in or included for monthly members, limited spots available.
