Join Tara Morris, RYT-200, for Full Moon Flow & Yin!
In honor of the full moon, students will be guided through a series of Chandra Namaskar (Moon Salutations), moving in a circular flow around the mat. The class will end with long, still Yin Yoga postures to facilitate a deep release of the physical body and mind and to ground restless energy often triggered by the full moon. With the power of the moon, we set the intention on our mats to harness our creative power within, acknowledge that all of humanity is connected by the natural cycles of the universe and encourage the light that lives as brightly as the moon within all of our hearts to shine fully! Suitable for beginner and advanced students.
