Everybody knows it: networking is a crucial tool for job hunting in Finland. How to start a conversation, how to make the most of networking events, present your idea, yourself, and get new contacts?
On two sessions, networking expert Joppe Quaedvlieg will share tips, tools, role play and resources for job seekers to feel confident when networking and improve their chances of making meaningful connections. Participants must attend the two workshops!
Wednesday 16th May / 16-18: 'Networking your way into a job'
This workshop prepares you for networking and provides practical steps towards better networking skills in a time when simply sending CV's is no longer sufficient. After the session, your networking skills will be more effective and time-saving.
Thursday 17th May / 15-17: 'Experience networking'
Practice makes perfect, also in networking. Through role play, tips and tricks you are guided through how to start a conversation, keep it going and get the most out if it.
Participation is free of charge, and the events will take place at Luckan's Veranda (Yrjönkatu 31).
The two workshops come as a package, so we require that participants attend the two sessions. Places are limited: to secure your spot, send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
