*Message us for event time/date details **
Please join us next week in bearing witness to cows on their way to slaughter. If you are interested in attending, please DM us and we will let you know the date and time of the vigil.
The more people that can show up, the better! If you would like to attend, but are worried about transportation, please message us or post in the event, as we will try to set up a carpool. Feel free to message us with any other questions or concerns about attending.
WHERE TO MEET:
We will meet at the Oak Tree Restaurant parking lot before the vigil (1020 Atlantic Ave., Woodland, WA 98674). We will start the vigil at nearby freeway off-ramps in order to bear witness, and may move the vigil to the slaughterhouse itself.
WHAT TO BRING:
We will have a few signs, but feel free to bring your own, as well (loving and peaceful messages only please). Cameras are great so that we can share the animals' experience with viewers worldwide. Also, please be sure to wear weather appropriate clothing for that day in Woodland.
We are a love-based group and we feel that compassion is more effective than accusation or negativity. We all harbor intense emotions about the atrocities we seek to end, but we are here to show empathy for the animals, spread compassion, and raise awareness. Please leave any negativity at home.
If you would like to automatically receive details about upcoming events, please message us and we can add you to our email list.
