Brewers Barry & Josh have been working hard on developing our Sour program here at Lucky Envelope. Join us Saturday, April 7th at the tasting room for some new Sour beer releases including kettle sours, barrel-aged sours, and brett sours!
Raspberry Sour (5.7% ABV, 7 IBU) - An American ale kettle-soured with serveral house-cultivated lactobacillus strains and infused with nearly 90lbs of raspberries.
Mango Sour (5.6% ABV, 7 IBU) - Our base sour beer aged on over 40lbs/barrel of sweet mango chunks.
Blackberry Shake Sour (5.5% ABV, 3 IBU) - A blackberry smoothie sour brewed with nearly 20lbs/barrel of blackberry puree and lactose.
Lychee Sour (5.6% ABV, 6 IBU) - A popular beer from Chinese New Year makes its return for this one-day event. Our base sour brewed with mounds of juicy-sweet, flowery lychees.
Sangiovese Barrel Brett Sour (5.8% ABV, 5 IBU) - A Golden Ale soured with lactobacillus and aged in Sangiovese barrels for six months with Brettanomyces bruxellensis.
Citra-Hopped Brett Barrel IPA (7.0% ABV, 56 IBU) - IPA aged for five months in Brettanomyces lambicus innoculated barrels and dry hopped with loads of Citra and Simcoe Hops.

All of these limited release beers will only be available in the tasting room. We expect most of them to run out before the end of the evening so be sure to arrive early!
