Coach Deana is teaching her Butts N’ Guts!

Deana has been CrossFitting for 8 years and coaching it for 3 years at CrossFit San Mateo. During her previous life in corporate, she spent many years only having CrossFit to look forward to. She has known, all too well, the pressures and busyness life has for most of us and understands the sacredness of that one hour a few times a week that people get to be present, forget their worries and focus fully on themselves. For her, CrossFit has been her refuge during tiring times. CrossFit has always allowed her to feel like more of herself. It is this philosophy she imparts on others. 'Do what makes you feel like more of you.'

Her draw to CrossFit comes from its efficiency. One hour of it will get you warmed up, you'll focus on a strength building technique, then, you'll get your butt and ego handed to you during the workout. The variety of it keeps it fun and that's what she loves. Almost everyone joins CrossFit for external reasons, but, what they quickly realize is those reasons don't pale in comparison to the internal satisfaction and fulfillment CrossFit provides.

Since Deana only partakes in that which is fun, come join her Butts and Guts class, where you can add some pump to your rump and some slabs to your abs.
