Join Lin for a series of 5 weekly classes of Restorative Yoga in a intimate setting (max 10 students). Learn to come back to your body, rejuvenate and restore your radiant being. Healing from within.
We will practice long held, passive, fully supported Restorative yoga poses that are accessible for all and make you feel like coming home. There will be a theme every week and take home exercises to help you build a restful home practice.
Everyone is welcome to this gentle and inclusive practice; no experience or level of ability is required. Attendance will be limited to 10 people.
