This workshop will focus on deepening your backbends and how to safely extend your spine and open up tight muscles that prevent you from going further in backbends. We will explore some anatomy along with lots of hands on guidance to work safely into backbends such as wheel, bow, full cobra, king pigeon, two foot staff and more.
